A recruiter reached out to me for this role. I spoke mostly to the CEO, but also interviewed with the Sales leader and an individual SE. Flew into California HQ, met with the CEO for 5 hours where I was asked questions like "if you were selling Google to me in 1998 and there's a billion dollar opportunity on the line, how would you do it?" CEO relies heavily on a math test that he called an IQ test. I took it online and then again directly in front of him with a pen and paper 🙄. This was one of those tests that asks job irrelevant questions like "if a lemon costs .43 and you have $24, how many lemons can you buy?" Complete waste of time. CEO never responded directly, always had his assistant do it for him. That's fine if you're a busy CEO but it's not OK if the CEO is going to be your direct manager, which was the case. Sales leader seems impressive and very competent from a 1hr interview. Check the other reviews here, employees don't think senior management cares about them and employees seem to have little to no interaction with their boss. Interview questions were asinine to say the least, and although the CEO kept showing interest in me filling the role, they do so SLOWLY. They initially reached out March 30. I kept following up and getting interest from them until July 10, when I withdrew my application.
