There was written Aptitude with 75 questions, after that there was short list. Followed my a video interview. In this process there wont be any person at the back end , but there will questions on the screen. There were both guessestimates and situation based questions. Based on this there was again a shortlist and finally we had a PI, Before the PI we were given a case study document of 8-10 pages which we were supposed to solve in 30 min, and we had to explain to the interviewer how we solved the case. Apart from these there were guesstimates too.
