The interview process was relatively straightforward.
I had a phone screen, followed by a formal phone interview.
The phone interview consisted of two parts: behavioral and case interview.
The behavioral was standard with STAR/CAR type questions. The case interview was quite structured and involved some things like finding errors in data and analyzing trends, making recommendations, etc.
The final round was quite rigorous, involving few case interviews, more involved behavioral interview diving deep into work experience and examples, and a presentation of case work by a consultant and chance to ask questions and learn more about the role.
The case interviews were both structured (think data analysis given information) and unstructured (think MBB but more process oriented rather than root cause/MECE analysis). Overall it was good experience and really tests your ability to do well under pressure.
