Interview
1- Case round
Students should be prepared to analyze a business case independently. It will involve understanding the client issues in a case study for 30 minutes and discussing the approach to addressing the issues with a ZS interviewer
2- Evidence Based interview (EBI)
Resume Probe. They should be prepared to solve structured and unstructured problems (brain teasers, guesstimates, puzzles) and respond on some situation-based questions
3- Fit interview
This is will be all about understanding if the person will be a ZS culture fit. They will have an opportunity to meet with one of the senior ZS manager’ to discuss growth opportunities, career path and ZS vision in general

i was given 3 case studies and was asked to analyses them and draft results from them. the case studies were long and time was to short. i would recommend practicing as many as possible case studies.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
