Interview
Round 1 - Aptitude round of 30 minutes followed by Problem Solving Deep Drive + Video round in which guesstimates and general questions related to team building and handling conflict situations were asked.
Round 2 - Case Study round, where questions on market sizing and data interpretation case study examples were present.

Question 1
What do you mean by forming, norming, storming, and performing?
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

Given information about electric vehicles, which city would I advise adding EV chargers and what sites in that city?
1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
