The whole process is divided into three phases. Phase 1: Further divided into 3 stages. Each stage is eliminatory. Stage 1: Objective test (Quant, English, Data Interpretation, Attention to Detail, basic SQL queries, C++ codes) Questions are pretty easy. Time matters. Try to solve questions from each section. You can come back to attempted questions and change answers. Stage 2: Problem Solving Deep Dive You are given a real life business problem and have 30 minutes to solve almost 8 questions (MCQ). Time is ample. Most people finish this under 15 minutes. 3. AI Based Video Interview: You are given nearly 8 questions (Situational Questions and Guesstimates). A question appears on screen for 10 seconds and you get 2-3 minutes to answer. The video is recorded and is AI evaluated. Sample situational questions: Tell us about a time when you had a conflict with your team mate. Tell us about a time when you went above and beyond. Usually, there is 1 guesstimate. Sample guesstimates: Estimate the paint required to colour the walls of your room. Estimate the number of street lights in your city. Estimate the number of tennis balls that can fit in an aircraft. Phase 2: Technical Interview 30 minutes interview conducted on Monjin platform. Interviewer is a professional having nearly 8-10 years of experience. The questions revolved around DBMS and SQL queries which have to be written and sent on the chat window. The interviewer was very polite. Phase 3: EBI + FIT Round Almost 30 minutes long. Usually, a ZS leader takes this. Mine was taken by a manager from the US office. This round pans out differently for everyone. Might include puzzles, resume based questions, guesstimates, behavioral questions, and technical questions. Mine revolved mostly around situational questions. I was asked 1 guesstimate too. The interviewer was very friendly and it felt more of a conversation rather than an interview. Make sure you are smiling throughout and try to enjoy the process. Ask questions to make it more interactive. Read about the company and its values and frame your answers accordingly. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Wish you all the best!

Applied with 2 referrals. 30 min quick phone screening. Second round Python and SQL OA. Third round unstructured case study and SQL questions. Final round includes a 1 hour structured case study and 45 min behavioral. Case studies do not require much prep in my opinion and are very conceptual. However, your interviewer does matter. As a native English speaker, I had a very hard time understanding my final case study interviewer and believe my clarifying questions might've been the rejection.
