Interview
The company publishes the position available in some websites and receive the resumes. Some people in charge of HR and the deparment who has the available position will select some resumes and they will call to the applicants. They will have an interview with the HR assistant and the leader of the department which has the available position. After several interviews, they will proceed with the selection.

They asked mainly about the experience of the applicant. Actually, the experience is a key factor, then you should take some minutes to explain your previous experience that helps to the position you are applying for.

Interview
It was first round interview and pretty chill. They asked about my background, education, previous work. Whole interview was in english, 5 - 10 minutes long. Told me, I will be notify if I was selected or not for next interview.

Interview
One of the worst interview process.
Initially I applied for TI role. Gave first interview, got positive response and in the end they didn't hire anyone.
Later called me again with an opportunity in product management role. Gave 2 interviews wasting months of my time. Wasted time preparing presentations. In the end, due to internal issues they didn't hire anyone again.
Wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. I see a lack of good HR culture, unprofessional attitude and mismanagement.
