ZTR Control Systems interview questions

This was during COVID-19 in 2020, I was looking for an internship to pursue HR and complete my Bachelor's. The process was online due to the restrictions at the time the HR Generalist was friendly, we made small talk, and the questions were simple overall. Fair for someone starting their career (attention to detail, team work, time management). Afterwards I had a nice meet & greet call with the HR Manager. After that the HR Generalist had presented the offer.

I was expecting a more professional and thorough process. The recruiter seemed unprepared and not very knowledgeable about the company or the role. The offer was also significantly lower than what I was expecting based on my experience and the market rate for similar positions. I ended up declining the offer and pursuing other opportunities.
