Disorganized, rude, and not familiar with the areas they seek to hire in. They're excessively friendly (smarmy) until you have any requests or pushback, and then they turn on you and their true colors show. HR shockingly unprofessional when I asked them to match an offer from another company (which wasn't even that much more). Run.

Question 1
Portfolio, years of experience, salary expectations.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ZURB (Campbell, CA)
Interview
The best interview process I've ever been a part of. They really thought through the experience of the interview to be as transparent and respectful of your time as possible. If you are honest with your expectations and what you are passionate about, it's the start of a great working relationship. Definitely not a company to slack in their response to you, and it was pretty enjoyable to go through the experience overall.
