Why did you choose freelancing, and what do you enjoy most about it?
There was a live video chat with a design assessment. Interviews were run by three people at different times. Friendly and easy to do and complete. I was satisfied and happy with the process.
There was a take home assignment. They suggested you spend no more than 4 hours on it. A couple days later, you meet with part of the team and review your code changes.
