I was in contact on Indeed. Had a 45-60 min phone interview/screening where I was asked about compensation. I disclosed that I wanted $70k. It didnt seem to be a problem. I went in for an interview. The person I was to meet with was not available. Spoke with a member of their HR team. Then, went on a quick tour that was really neat to see the whole process. I was there for 2 to 3 hours. Later that week, they offered me the position, but for $21/hr. That's less than $44k. I thought it was a HUGE waste of time. They did say that there was potential for overtime, but as a highly valued person that would quickly prove my worth I dont think it would have been worth working at least 16 more hours a week (thats not guaranteed) to make what I have been offered/make elsewhere.
