Zachry Group Project Manager interview questions

Zachry reviewed a copy of my resume - they I found out later they didn't really need it... Zachry interviews actually asked me questions about my work expereince, back ground, and if I held any technical degrees.... It turned out that my Zachry interview had no idea of the craft and or type of work associated to my craft... I was rather concern that the interview was not more involved than it was...
