I applied through Linkedin and they sent me a questionnaire about why do I want to leave job, why choose zapstich and why I chose this profile. I filled the form and sent it back. After that they sent me a hacker earth programming challenge, which had to be completed in 1 hr 30 min consisting of 2 programming problems involving programming logic. Then a final phone screen interview with their co-founder
