Standard interview process. HR screening and then 2-3 follow ups with other team members, maybe including peers not only management. Quick processing times and feedback was given afterward on their decisions. Team was open and friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zartico in June 2024
Interview
First a phone screen with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager sent a take-home assessment that took over 8 hours and was mainly dealing with a technology that wasn't emphasized in the job description nor in any interviews. They spent a few weeks deliberating before sending the rejection email.
The Glassdoor reviews about terrible work-life balance are true. The hiring manager confirmed it in the interview.

Interview
The interview was very long, it seemed unending, and as soon as one group seemed satisfied, another interview would happen and throw the process into uncertainty. The process was confusing and the communication from leadership was absent.
