      I had a frustrating experience with the interview process due to last-minute changes and communication issues. My initial interview was rescheduled just 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Then, approximately an hour before the rescheduled interview, I was notified that my candidacy was no longer being considered. While I understand that hiring needs can shift, the timing and lack of stability in the process made the experience feel disorganized and not respectful of candidates’ time. I would encourage the team to improve scheduling practices and communication to ensure a more consistent and considerate candidate experience. While I understand that unexpected conflicts can arise, the short notice and lack of proactive communication made the process feel disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time. I would encourage the team to improve scheduling coordination and communication to create a more positive and respectful candidate experience.
