Applied online but also went into the store to give my resume to the manager. Interviewed down at the headquarters with HR. Pretty easy, relaxed, and straightforward. Got offered the job on the spot and started training that night.

Easy interview. They call you to set up an interview and you go to the downtown seattle location. the office is adjacent to where the offices are. go there a little early because downtown seattle is notorious for lack of parking space.
