The interview process has 4-5 stages: - 30-minute call with a team lead - a technical task, followed by a review call - values/culture fit interview - 30-45 minute in-person chat with the CEO At first, it might seem like a long process, but honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. Despite the multiple steps, the process was actually quite fast. My final interview was on a Friday afternoon, and I had the offer by Monday morning, which I happily accepted. So, while it may seem a bit lengthy, it’s also very efficient! I think it took about 2 weeks altogether, if we exclude the initial quick chat with the talent acquisition team.
