      Senior Web Developer Interview

      3 June 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Diego, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zego (San Diego, CA)

      Interview

It had 3 phases. A casual chat with developers and QA. Then meeting with senior developers and answering technical questions. Finally I met director and QA manager. They asked more general yet technical questions. My feelings (I'm not a pro in psychology, so trust following lines as much as you trust on observations of a programmer!): I felt valued there. Everything was scheduled. They were respectful. I felt half people do like to make things better, either by taking an action or putting other people to do so. I hate reactive teams and I loved this about them.
