Interview
2 phone screenings & 2 on-site interviews. They also had me do an assignment (testing a web page). Good people, good process, all very professional and friendly. I can't think of any negatives to their process.

The interview process had 3 rounds. Each round met with different individuals.
1. phone screen
2. In-person with a small immediate group. This round included a presentation that I was not well prepared for!
3. In-person with a larger cross-disciplinary group

It was a standard interview for a design position. There were no technical skills tests and they were asking only for people in Southern California to apply to the job.
