Interview
Introductory HR interview, where we talked about the company (with very little introduction to the company), my experience and why I wanted to join. Had a VP of Engineering screening call, and home assignment after that. The home assignment wasn't too difficult, but it did require some knowledge of concurrency and best practices. Got a week to complete the task and got invited to present it in-person. I had to explain my choices and provide improvements. Also had a system design interview for a food delivery app. Got rejected because of my poor performance.

Interview
I applied through the Zemanta website. I had to include a Resume and a Cover letter in English. The whole process took around 3 weeks and was divided into several steps. The first step was to apply, secondly, I was contacted by a member of the HR team and was given a task to complete. After successfully submitting the completed task, it was evaluated and I was invited to an interview with the members of my potential future team. The interview itself took around 45 minutes and after this, I was told to expect an answer soon. Next week I was contacted by a member of the HR team and had to provide the contact info of colleagues or superiors from my previous positions. The HR team then contacted my previous workplaces and after a couple of days, I was given the answer.

Interview
There were 5 interviews in total:
1) First impression interview
2) Tech screen
3) Homework upgrade and programming interview
4) HR interview
5) Web Fundamentals and Team Lead interview
The process takes time but they really try to find your strengths, rather than your weaknesses.
Even during the interviews they are very eager to answer all your questions.
