Interview
Two phone screens followed by onsite. The initial phone interview was smooth and so were the in person interviews with majority of the team. However, speaking with the director of ops, the interview felt forced and she seemed distracted during our conversation. I thought it was unprofessional for her to bring up how many candidates applied for the role and they would not have any issues filling this role. She also asked about my salary expectations which I had previously provided to their recruiter.
