The interview process is long and can take more than a month.
The first round of the interview was with the HR. This is to gauge whether you are a good fit for the company skill set wise and culture wise. The next interview is the most unique interview, which is known as the Vision interview. You are interviewed to assess how well of a fit are you with Zenika, as they strongly value culture and take pride in their skillsets. The 3rd interview is with a technical staff of Zenika to assess if you possess the required technical skillset. The 4th round of the interview is with the client which Zenika would decide based on your skillset.
The Vision interview and how they shared how they value their employees is the most eye opening for myself. They shared about how they believe in constant upskilling, even giving leave and benefits just for upskilling. They have great medical and insurance coverage, as well as meetups frequently within Zenika even as they are based at client side. I had a great conversation with TK in the Vision interview, and both of us left that interview gaining valuable knowledge.
I cleared the interviews with Zenika. However, when it came to the client side, their requirements were higher than my current skill set.
