The test is the usual GMAT-like test comprising Logical, verbal, quantitative, and abstract reasoning questions. If you pass the test there is a very high tendency of getting in. the interview process is very interactive, if you are calm and be yourself as much as possible. it is not that difficult; interviewers might be more than two and be confident which will help you a lot. the first stage is virtual then you move on to the physical interview. Note: dressing is very important, preferably a shirt and pants and use appropriate belt and shoes (male), same for females but you can skip the tie and wear skirt instead of pants.
