Interview comprised of 4 rounds. Interview started with HR briefing where they were not even aware that I had an interview with them, then they tried to get away from the interview seeking unnecessary reason. Then they asked me if I have read about the company, which I believe they should have told me in the same round. Seeking this reason they rescheduled my interview and asked me to learn about the firm and then we meet again next week. I again went to the interview next week in this again that they were under prepared and did not even read my resume and asking questions which they could have easily read from the resume again wasted my time and theirs. Irony is they rescheduled my interview just because I haven't read about the firm but at the same time they did not even read my resume in these 2 weeks. 2.) Technical Discussion : Technical discussion went well. Some standard technical questions and discussion. 3.) Coding challenge: I was asked to submit a coding challenge submitted in the given time, but still waiting for the result from 2 weeks.
