I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zenoti (Pala, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very odd experience. The rep at NextInfo, their hiring consultant, couldn’t get scheduling straight (wonderful first impression). For the times I told him I wasn’t available, he scheduled, not once, but twice. Language barrier was definitely an issue. He could hardly understand me and just giving availability was painful. When we finally got the first interview underway, it was spent with someone at NextInfo and he wasn’t exactly personable. Majority of the interview was spent educating me on PM principles (which was unnecessary to do considering that’s my background). Felt degrading and was relieved when interview was over.
After a week of silence, I was contacted for a second interview, of which I decided to give it another try and gave my availability, once again. This was followed by more scheduling mixups, and then another week of silence. The oddest part was when they did decide they were ready to schedule, they hounded me with calls, texts, and e-mails. Collectively, over EIGHT times within an hour of me not answering. Disorganized, demanding and downright creepy. I’d stay far away unless they ditched their hiring company. Gives Zenoti a terrible impression.
PASS
Unfortunate you had this experience. We went on to hire a Director of Talent to change our process on improving the candidate experience. We have and we are still taking massive step to do so. I hope that you do not hold this over our heads and we have a full complete US Talent team to manage this process. Should you still be interested in opportunities with Zenoti I would encourage you to reapply and speak with one of our team members.
