They don't have budget for good candidate
They are seeking cheap resources that's why they conducting drives or interviews
Waisting peoples time .
HR have no information of skill, budget and positions.
Just searching cheap resources no technical skill required
These is not expected from Zansar.
Couple of time asked before interview about budget possion they are ok after selection they are telling we don't have budget.
So guys first confirm with Hr abt all the things anyway hr don't have anything their hands they are fooling people and waisting time.

They take first online test if it clear then they will ask you to give first round of interview which is technical and then second technical round of interview, process will take two weeks and after take round they tell me that Hr. will get back to you but they don't reply after two weeks also.

Question 1
Ask React lifecycle methods, and most of the questions based on redux and html and CSS
first round is telephonic for technical discussion then Face to face interview for 45 mins again technical some time ask for machine test.then manager and HR round. The process may differ for client round after your selection for any project.
