This was a campus hiring process.first screening of cv. Post which 2 round happend- Group discussion followed by single round of interview.
With 2 panel member in both group discussion and interview.
Simple - open hiring, kind management, flexible in assigning departments. Had one discovery call, asked about expectations and gave a company description. Were keen to find out my interests, and skills, as well as availability.
