Zero Gravity Marketing interview questions

I had a brief phone interview and virtual interview with one of the COO’s and two other people. The process was very similar to the other interviews, where they seemed interested but it was a very weird interview. Took them over 2 weeks to get back to me to decline. I had high hopes for this agency, but it seems like their recent hires are predominantly white, not much diversity among colleagues.

It was very casual but challenging. They asked thought-provoking questions about my goals, experience, and how I could contribute to their agency. It was one of the best interviews I've ever had.
