Got email communication regarding salary expectations and once both parties agreed got another email with a couple of technical tests to be taken. First Test: MCQ and some answers to type and fill Second Test: Coding. I am very sad that the HR/TAG person contacted has no information about the questions I've asked after attempting the first test. NOT even a SINGLE question is related to the role. Physics, Linear, Quadratic Equations, Co-ordinate geometry etc. How are these related to Cloud and DevOps leadership role is what puzzled me and wrote back same to HR. But the only response I got is we have decided to go with other candidates.
