Interview
In a word, overdone. Met with every manager they have. Many interviewers asked the same questions, like there was no real plan for the interview process. Felt very unprofessional and poorly organized. I got a little glimpse into what I felt it would be like working there based on the interview process.
Thank you for your feedback and candid remarks. We will take this as a way to modify the process. The Regional Sales Manager interacts with all departments and it is of best interest for this role to meet all possible parties.
