The scheduling process was quite disorganized. The recruiter initially reached out and we agreed on an interview time, but there were several rescheduling changes initiated on their side. After confirming a final time, communication unfortunately stopped and the interview never took place, with no follow-up or closure.

Positive , mid complexity. Mostly technical questions asked. Result awaited for technical support role. I am expecting positive response post the interview, communication about rounds earlier is fine. No compliants overall.

Spoke with the recruiter about my experience as it pertains to the role. Checked off everything that the role required then was asked if I was open for hybrid work, even though the role was listed as remote. Said I wouldn’t mind coming in as needed because I lived 2 hours outside the city. Recruiter said she would contact me regarding hiring manager decision within a couple of days but was ultimately ghosted. Starting to think company is posting ghost jobs
