I applied online. I interviewed at Zettle (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sept 2019
Interview
2 remote technical interviews and on site interview for soft skills. Passed all they gave positive feedback but looking for a team in the company to hire me. One team interviewed again. Did not hear from them since.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zettle (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Nov 2019
Interview
Phone screening, after that interview with two developers.
The interview with the developers was very pleasant and I have no remarks in that part. However I had negative experience with the recruiter who led the process. I got positive feedback on the technical interview, and two weeks after that I was asked about the salary expectations. I had already presented my salary expectations in the first screening interview, so I just repeated them. Then I was told it was too much for them, and I should contact them if I wanted to discuss further. I really liked the company so I said I would be willing to go lower and asked what was their offer. Instead of that, I got somewhat arrogant response how people should be paid in a far way and they cannot advise me what to ask in terms of pay ????
I don't know what their expectations are when it comes to salary, since I basically asked for the same amount I already have at my current workplace and I think it's normal for the IT industry.
I believe there were many ways to handle the salary dispute, moreover since I had already presented my expectations during the screening interview. However the recruiter choose a very poor approach. Too bad for a company like this,

Question 1
Project with failing unit tests, fix the tests and suggest improvements on the code.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zettle (Edinburgh, Scotland) in July 2018
Interview
Was approached directly, had an initial face to face chat, followed by a technical assessment over a weekend - I was asked to write code to manage various scenarios, in whatever language I liked, and demonstrate data modelling skills.
Then a few days after submitting this, I was asked back in for a morning of face to face chats to meet various members of the team. Overall a very positive experience - everyone was really lovely and enthusiastic.
