Initially there was a written test which included two parts : Aptitude(Maths) & C Programming. They shortlisted some candidates through the test and called them for interview. They filtered half of the candidates through the interview and the rest of the half were offered the job. The interview was very friendly and normal. Only general casual questions about my skills and my academic projects, presentations and few basic technical questions.
