First round was to meet with the Engineering VP. Just chatting about how things are done at the company around development processes and practices.
Second round was a live coding interview, solving binary sort, some matrix task.
Third one was that they gave me an easy backend api related task and let me do it by myself for 30 min, then I had to present it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zift Solutions (Cary, NC) in June 2018
Interview
Applied through a vendor. Had a phone screen and in person interview with a panel for 3 hrs that included algorithm solving. Answered all the questions well and in the end was asked the percentage of time spent in coding at the last company. Answered 70%. Was not given offer with the reason being that was not doing 100% coding. Not sure in which alternate software development world where it is only coding like a junkie with no other development activities like requirements/design and testing Looks like they didn't really any open position and wasting candidate's times.
