I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Warsaw, IN) in Oct 2012
Interview
Began with a one on one interview on campus that was followed up with a trip to Warsaw, Indiana (company headquarters) with a group of roughly 16 people where four additional 1 on 1 interviews were held. We were grouped into teams of four who rotated through the interview process, as well as went on tours of the facilities they had in Warsaw.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet
Interview
The process is very slow and includes but is not limited to phone interviews; In-Person interviews; Zoom Calls; Psychoanalytical tests; In-person interviews with GM, but even then you aren't actually getting to the offering bottom line. The interviewers do not necessary shares the details about the company's culture, vibes, social elements, salary, compensation, or benefits... on the other hand, they do demand from the candidate to be cutting edge of professionalism, education, soft skills, detailed oriented, experienced, problem solver and long-distance runner for the ridiculously low salary. Save your time and pass the opportunity.
