The interview process started with a general phone call to gather quick, general details (why I want to work at ZB, why I am leaving my current employer, etc).
From there, I participated in a video interview by the Comms Manager who I would be reporting to. Then, I interviewed with numerous members of the Communications team, from the VP to other managers and directors that I would be working with.
The process took about two - two and a half weeks to complete. About a week after the interviews were over, I received an offer.
Overall, I really enjoyed interviewing with so many different members of the team. It gave me a great feel for the company and each of the colleagues I could potentially be working with. It was worth the time to learn more about the company culture and people.
