I have had multiple interviews with Zimmer Biomet over the last few months. Not a single time has the interviewer been on time, with the last one being over 20 minutes late. In the last interview, I was invited to an interview and gave my available times. I never received a confirmation after reaching back out twice via email and once via phone. I eventually had the interview but it was abbreviated since I still had not had the meeting information until after the time the interview was supposed to start. Since I have seen how Zimmer Biomet treats those with interest in joining their organization, I have decided not to apply to any more positions here (and this is coming from an previous employee of ZB as well).

I am in the final round of the interview process. It all started with a HR qualifier telephonic round followed by another telephonic interview by hiring manager. So far it's been almost a month when the interview started and is continuing. Considering the Zimmer's workforce and strength in the medical device market, I believe the hiring process is smooth and worth it.
