Zimmer Biomet R D Engineer interview questions

I applied online on a Monday and got a call for the phone interview on Thursday. I was asked to pick between two interview slots on different days and scheduled the interview for the one I picked. I was told that the interivew would last about 45 mins. The HR lady asked me 2 questions - explain your background and what are your salary expectations. She didnt seem to be interested to even listen to me and then to show her my interest in the position I asked her a bunch of questions, which she was able to answer satisfactorily. The interview lasted 15 mins, out of which 10 mins were spent on discussing what I had asked her. I asked her when I can expect the results and she said 2 weeks. I sent a thank you email and waited for 2 weeks, then sent her an email asking her about the status of the interview and she sent me the standardized reject letter.
