Zinc Network interview questions

Straightforward, friendly, open process. Several people (I think 5) participated in the interview. The interview took place online. It seemed it was less about my competences, more about how I will fit in the company and work with the team members.

CV was picked out of a freelance pool. Two interviews of around an hour focused around a particular project. Both interviews had 2-3 people, and the second included a short presentation.
