My first interview-- with the owner--was the greatest ever! He and I talked more about our families, faith, and future than anything else. The second interview--with the Installation Manager--was perfectly casual and comfortable. We, not only learned about each other as potential employee and manager, but we became friends. The third interview, however, was unlike anything I have ever experienced--in the best way possible. The owner and his wife invited me and my wife into their home to discuss the details of our work relationships and to ensure it was the best fit for everyone. By far the best interview process in my twenty years of professional experience!
