Interview
It's not a fair process. The first interviewer decides the outcome. And in my case, the first Interviewer was young, inexperienced and gender biased and decided in the first 5 minutes that I was not a "management consultant" material in his opinion even though my experience and skills make me a great fit factually. They think they are equal to MBB, but are insecure and tend to get intimidated by candidates who are better than themselves, especially women. Questions were basic strategy questions and guesstimate.

It was a 4-round interview. 3 technical and 1 HR. The process was smooth and case-study based rounds were also there. Timely feedback was provided by HR as well. The whole process lasted about one week
