Took brief online assessment, called in for a phone interview (this was highly structured), followed by two face-to-face interviews. The face-to-face interviews were both panel interviews. People were very friendly and pleasant. Received my offer at the end of my second face-to-face interview. Overall it was a very smooth process and positive experience.
