Zipcar Operations Graduate interview questions

I have passed to phone interview and now waiting for the results whether I would be able to proceed to final round or not. It took 1 month to know the application result. I received email to take assessment. After that it took 2 weeks for the result. The phone interview was going quite smoothly yet I was not too sure what the interviewer really thinks. I may get declined at this phase since I do not have work permit. However, she did not mention that this would be a problem because I was allowed to pass to phone screening interview.
