This is truly an unfortunate post and I'm disappointed that I even have to respond, because who is it going to benefit... nobody!
Yes, we did discuss moving forward in the process but an offer letter was never extended. During our last call you were asked to provide us with one deliverable. Two days later you emailed asking if an offer letter was sent. The lack of attention to detail and follow through was cause for concern and a few reasons we chose not to move forward.
We were very clear about our compensation plan from the very beginning and nothing changed during the process. I was not the slightest bit concerned if you wanted to negotiate your salary. I'm always prepared for everyone to negotiate their salary, especially sales associates, but you never mentioned any issues or concerns with our compensation structure until I read it in this post.
I'm not going to address the unethical or shady comments. I'll let our team members speak for the company.
