Interview
There are two rounds usually.
One with the direct team manager you will be working with and one with upper management.
They ask you the standard tell me about yourself and go from there. As long as you relate your experience to the job you are applying for you will be fine.

The ZippyPaws is unprofessional about their hiring process and recruitment of hiring new candidates. They did not email or update a status of the job application submitted to them. Applied for this position through indeed. so I did notice they viewed my application but they did not bother to call/email with the status of the application process. Just another company with e-commerce industry with no professionalism. Do not bother applying here...
I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience applying for ZippyPaws. Because we receive hundreds of applications for a job offer (I was the hiring manager for this position and we received 800+ resumes for the graphic designer position across Indeed and Monster), we unfortunately cannot call/email every applicant. The candidates who were granted interviews in-person were timely informed of our decision, within 1 week of their interview.
