Interview process: 1.) Phone Interview 2.) Assessment Test. 3.) In-Person 6 Hour Interview (Meet with at least 8+ people)
1.) Phone Interview: Asked about your proficiency being an analyst, pretty much screening your job experiences on how you can be a good fit.
2.) Assessment Test: Pretty Straightforward if you have experience with Pivot Tables you can utilize that on their dataset and from that, you will have to correct the errors based on their prompts.
3.) Now this experience is very misleading: You meet with at least 8 people. for a total of 6 hours. The experience can be very misleading due to the fact that each member is super positive and show great interest in you, however, they are sizing you down because you may hold a greater skillset than the members which means they will not want somebody like you to join their team. For example, many of the staff are straight out of undergrad and they are still establishing themselves, many of which they are somewhat pretentious and not genuine. Picture being in undergrad and competing for the curve for your grades. Now apply that to Zitter you have these young adults hosting your interviews asking about your HS GPA, College GPA etc. If you are more qualified then them; beware, because you will not get hired. You can pass all the tests, and do extremely well to the point where the staff will tell you that you are a perfect fit for their company, but you would most likely not get the job if you have such great work experiences.
Don't let the friendly smile fool you because each individuals are in it for themselves and the people that you are interviewing you with are your potential co-workers. Which means that if you have a lot of experiences over these young 20 odd year olds, they will not select you for job preservation or promotion for themselves.
Overall, the free lunch is great. I recommend soaking this up because they take you out to have an informal meet and greet. But, keep in mind they are still sizing you up, so please keep your guards up.
One more thing: BE WARY one interviewer not saying any name is a Senior Research Analyst, he kept asking questions that was not related to the position, trying to see if you are fit. For example: he kept asking about a specific skillset that is not related to the position. He also kept asking about how come you chose this career route even when your trajectory points in a different direction. Overall, I felt that he was being fake about the whole screening process and he wanted to get INTEL to see if you would be a good fit for the company where your skillset does not outshine his.
In retrospect: If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't. It was too long and misleading. Please read other's review and their reflections will coincide with mines.
Good Luck.
