Easy process took 10-15 minutes. Relaxed and friendly interview. I was interviewed by the head chef who asked about my availability and experience. Looked at my Cv and then offered me a trial shift.

Asked standard questions about availability, hours etc. then asked me why I wanted a part time job - if I have a family or benefits… after this short talk they made me an offer, after which had me come in again to meet with another manager just for her to do something on her phone which she didn’t need me for. Then heard nothing back and about a week later they sent me an automated rejection email.
