I interviewed at Zoe Financial (Bogota, Cundinamarca)
Interview
Moderately fast and continuous response until a certain point.
The service provided by the employees was very good. The offices are modern, attractive, and offer a great view. The office location is excellent, and the staff were attentive, courteous, respectful, and very helpful throughout the experience.
I did not receive any response. I reached the final stage of the process, but they never informed me about the outcome or provided any feedback.

Question 1
What was a problem that you could hardly solve, and how did you solve it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zoe Financial (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
I want to share my experience interviewing at Zoe Financial so that other candidates can make an informed decision. From the very beginning of the process, all the way through to a final two-hour, in-person interview, the experience was consistently poor. The interviewers were extremely unprofessional, communication was disorganized, and expectations were very unclear.
Most concerning was the behavior and demeanor of the interviewers. Multiple individuals came across as rude, disengaged, or dismissive, and there were repeated, subtle comments that strongly suggested low morale and dissatisfaction within the organization. Rather than selling the role or the company, the interviews felt adversarial and uncomfortable.
By the end of the on-site interview, it was clear to me that this was not an environment I wanted to be part of. The culture signals were significant enough that I immediately withdrew from the process.
Interviewing is a two-way evaluation. Unfortunately, this process reflected poorly on the company’s leadership, culture, and respect for candidates’ time. I would encourage Zoe Financial to seriously re-evaluate how it approaches hiring and candidate experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zoe Financial (Bogotá, Bogota) in June 2025
Interview
Not recommended. I was contacted by Michael Page for a front-end developer position. The requirements were high (senior level). It was one of the longest processes I have ever been through, with more than six interviews.
