3 rounds Level 1 written test after that gd will be there Level 2 technical round it's like technical support based questions, Level 3 hr round it's like basic hr interview
Easy if prepared well in communications and resume strength matters. Reading about Zoho CRM is additional benefit before interviews. Must be bold and confident during interviews. A total of 3 rounds happened with aps + English test, GD and interview.

Round 1: Written Test

Round 2: Basic Technical + General Questions
You’ll be asked simple technical questions related to computers and software.
You may also face questions like: “What is an IP address?”, “What is a browser?”, or “Explain your final year project.”
Some HR-type questions might be asked too, like “Why Zoho?” or “Tell me about yourself.”
