The interview was very hard and also the interview process done was intermediate. There were totally 4 rounds and also each level to crack was very difficult. But the job security will be given from company side

Interview
HR called through Naukri and scheduled the interview. They mentioned there would be four rounds: aptitude & logical testing, problem-solving, and two rounds of technical discussion. The aptitude and problem-solving sections were moderate to difficult. For experienced candidates, having an aptitude test seems unnecessary, but I understand and respect their process.
Then the technical interviewer conducted an interview that lasted three hours, and the day ended there. After a week, received a call for the next round with the same interviewer. There was no structured process; Asked all the three candidates to sit in different rooms, and the interviewer came in occasionally, asking questions, giving problems to solve, and even asking personal questions about family (where they live, where they work), which was completely unnecessary. The whole day went like that. It is as if they don't know identify potential in a candidate.
I believe Zoho should implement clear protocols, set interview time limits, and educate their interviewers. No one is entitled to waste others' time.
